SHIPPING POLICY

We have been closed for our summer break from August 14th until August 30th included. All wholesale orders placed or paid after 12 noon on August 12th will be shipped starting on August 31st. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, but please note that we currently have a small backlog.

We usually ship using UPS, but in some cases we may use a different courier (for example if a different courier provides a much better service to a specific country)

If you want to order from a country that isn't listed below do let us know and we will add it to our shipping list!

Pick up in Cambridge

If you are in the Cambridge area you can select the "Local Pick up" option at check out! The address of our workshop is:

Unit 5, Ronald Rolph Court, Wadloes Road, Cambridge (UK), CB5 8PX

Please note that as this is not a customer-facing shop (it's just our workshop) you will need to contact us in advance before coming to collect your order. Please also note that as it's not a shop we won't be able to sell products on site.

 

Local delivery

We also offer local emission-free delivery in the Cambridge area, using Zedify. You will be able to select it at checkout.
